Sponsorship is the heart of Love in Motion USA. By sponsoring a child, you help to break the cycle of poverty in Uganda and in Burundi.
In addition to education, each sponsored child receives a school uniform, scholastic materials and basic medical assistance.
Your relationship as a sponsor is critical in your sponsored child’s life. As a sponsor, you are considered family. They love you, pray for you and know you by name.

What are Love in Motion USA Child Representatives?
Child representatives are volunteers who offer their friends, family, neighbors, church, or others in their personal network a tangible way to respond to the needs of the poor and share the hope of Christ by sponsoring a child through Love in Motion.
How do Child representative make sponsorship connections?
All kinds of ways! Child representative schedule coffee with friends and family, host dinner parties, display their sponsorship materials on their desk at work, plan events at their church, and so much more. When you get started as a CR, we’ll give you tons of ideas to get started, and will help you come up with a plan.
How will Love in Motion USA equip me as a Child Representative?
We’ll connect you to a Child Representative mentor in your geographic region who will show you the ropes. We’ll add you to the Child Representative private social medial group where you’ll share ideas and be inspired. We’ll start you off with a series of training emails, loaded with tools and materials to assist you. And finally, we’ll send you a kit in the mail with our best tools.
